FC Tanga Shares Points with Bolga All Stars

FC Tanga held Bolga All Stars to a one all draw in the derby at the Bolgatanga sports stadium.

The game which started on a low note picked up momentum in the tenth minute when both teams created goal threatening chances.

It was a dingdong affair as both teams played with caution to protect their goal area.

On the 25th minute of the game, Frank Amoto picked a loose ball from the midfield and laid a pass to Kenneth Mbah of FC Tanga who moved past two players to lay the ball into the net of the home team.

FC Tanga settled in the game and controlled affairs until the end of the first department of the game.

In the early minutes of the second half, FC Tanga conceded a penalty which Bolga All Stars capitalized to put the game on a level pegging.

Both teams treaded cautiously not to concede any more goals. However, FC Tanga played like dreaded lions to register a second goal but all efforts proved futile.

In the dying minute of the game, FC Tanga conceded another controversial penalty but Bolga All Stars fsiled to score as FC Tanga’s goal stopper stopped the ball from entering the net.
