Kofi Adda stages comeback, gets ministerial appointment

Member of Parliament for Navrongo Central, Joseph Kofi Adda, has been nominated by President Nana Akufo-Addo for approval as Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation.

Kofi Adda’s name was part of the second list of ministers the President presented today at the flagstaff house waiting for approval from Parliament.

The former energy minister under the erstwhile Kufuor administration in the just ended election beat incumbent Mark Woyongo to take back the position of Member of Parliament which he lost in 2012.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo today announced the second batch of ministers in addition to the thirteen he earlier announced early this week.

Other personalities named include Hon. Ursula Owusu for the Communication Ministry and Otiko Afisa Djaba who has been nominated for the Gender and Social Protection Ministry.
