Co-host of A1 radio’s Sunset Drive, Phatbone, has appealed to Charter House, organizers of the annual Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) to settle their differences with Self acclaimed Dancehall King, Shatta Wale.

According to him, both entities need each other and it is therefore prudent they meet to settle whatever feud they have to get Shatta Wale to be part of this year’s VGMA.

He noted that Shatta Wale has grown to become a bigger brand and have shown remorse with his actions towards the event organizers so it was important that Charter House forgive him because his presence at the event will sparkle up the event.

Shatta Wale was disqualified from taking part in last year’s VGMA and was asked to apologize to organizers after he had attacked their credibility and some personalities of their organization in time past.

Shatta, on the other hand, has on several occasions apologized to the organizers of the event but it seems not to have gone down well with them and therefore prevented the artiste from participating in this year’s event.

Nominations for the event ended yesterday and the VGMA will be held in April 2017.
