Flagship English-Speaking Radio station in the Upper East Region, A1 Radio has introduced #HypeUE on its evening Drive show to support artistes in the Upper East Region.
On the show which airs every Wednesday, host, Lexis Drive will treat listners to music produced in the Upper East Region and also interview artistes from the Region.
Speaking to a1radioonline.com about the program, show host, Lexis Drive mentioned that it was time artistes from the Upper East are given a major boost in their career.
He noted that that has not been the case over the years. He noted that it has affected the growth of the Music Industry in the Region and there was the need for change.
On the modalities to get your song played on radio he mentioned that the songs should be devoid of profane and should be quality with regards to sound.
On his part, Co-host of the Show, Phatbone expressed optimism at getting the needed publicity for the upcoming artistes in the Region in order for them to compete at the national level.
