Reports indicates that an old Vandal has been stabbed to death by a colleague after an argument they both had degenerated into a fight.
According to reports the two were engaged in a heated argument after they had attended the funeral of a colleague who had died. Although tempers were calmed before they left the funeral grounds, they began the argument when they got to the Commonwealth Hall in the University of Ghana.
The murderer whose name was given as George got infuriated and snatched a knife from a khebab seller in the hall and stabbed the deceased.
Seeing what he had done had gone to the extreme, he helped people around to take him to the hospital where he lost his life on arrival.
Earlier reports suggested that the Killer was an Old Vandal and also an old student of the University of Ghana.
But a statement from the President of the Old Vandals Association has disclosed that the killer whose name is given as George is not a member of the Vandal fraternity and was an intruder.
