Rector of the Milla Open University, a private University here Bolgatanga, Professor David Milla has challenged young entrepreneurs in the Upper East Region to be ambitious and work towards achieving their ambitions.
This, Prof. Milla said will help bridge the widely talked about gap between the North and the South in terms of development. Prof. Milla attributed the lack of development in the northern parts of the country to the unwillingness of the youth to take up challenging opportunities to create self employable jobs.
The rector of the Milla Open University said this over the weekend at the Northern Brother Summit 2013. Prof. Milla also challenged young entrepreneurs to instead of looking for white color jobs, take their destiny in to their own hands by starting up small businesses as those businesses could grow into huge ones.
