Speaking to the media in Bolgatanga before the commencement of the exercise, the Upper East area manager of NEDCO Engineer Eugene Odoi Addo noted that the mission of the exercise is not to disconnect any customer power but to retrieve the monies with them.
“Any customer who owes us is a target, so we expect all customers to rush in to settle their indebtedness. Our aim is not to disconnect any customer; our aim is to collect our money. So anyone who doesn’t paid whatever is indicated to us would be disconnected as the law demand.”
