Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is a born leader and unifier, best for NPP, says Yaw Adomako Baafi, the Head of the Campaign Team for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s (DMB) Advanced Communication Team.

Mr. Baafi praised Dr. Bawumia as a born leader and unifier, dedicated to the country’s transformational agenda. According to Mr. Baafi, Dr. Bawumia’s leadership qualities and commitment to the country’s transformation make him the best choice for the party and the nation at large.

Speaking on A1 Radio ahead of the Vice President’s visit to the Upper East Region, Baafi noted that allowing the Vice President to lead the New Patriotic Party (NPP) would not only bring unity to the party but also present a formidable challenge to the National Democratic Congress (NDC), potentially keeping them in opposition for an extended period.

Baafi cited Dr. Bawumia’s exceptional humility, a trait that has resonated with many Ghanaians, and his fervent commitment to the country’s development as reasons why he should be considered the party’s presidential flag bearer.

“The humbleness of Dr. Bawumia is not only admirable but also crucial for a leader,” Baafi stated during the interview. “His love for the transformational agenda of the country is evident in his work and dedication to making Ghana a better place for all. It is these qualities that make him a natural choice to lead the NPP into the 2024 elections.”

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has been a prominent figure in Ghanaian politics, serving as Vice President and playing a pivotal role in the NPP government’s policies and initiatives.

Mr. Baafi also used the interview as an opportunity to call on party delegates to vote against those who aim to divide the NPP. This call for unity within the party, he added, reflects the belief that a united NPP, under Dr. Bawumia’s leadership, would be better equipped to face the challenges of the upcoming political landscape.

Therefore, he said that Dr. Bawumia’s visit to the region will hold great significance, providing the opportunity to connect with party members.

The upcoming party primaries will be a crucial turning point in the NPP’s political landscape.
