Thomas Anaba of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Garu. Mr. Anaba secured 17,832 votes.
Georgina Laardi Azumah of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) received 7,936 votes.
