Former Premiership side, Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoored Academy, have emerged champions in the Central Regional Division Two Middle League which ended at Robert Mensah Stadium.
Two quick text-book goals from the Fetteh lads ensured that they pinned Cape Coast Strikers tenaciously to the ground in the grand finale, to lift the trophy at stake; securing them the only promotional nod available to the region.
Majority of the players who did battle for the Gomoa Fetteh-based club were all recruited from the Upper East Region, Bolgatanga to be precise.
In all twelve clubs participated in the competition.
They include: Bagojet Salgado: Kasoa, Oguaa United: Cape Coast, UCC Youngsters: Cape Coast, All Blacks: Swedru, Nyankrom Youth: Nyankrom and Fetteh Youngsters: Gomoa Fetteh.
