The Premier League Board (PLB) who are the organizers of the GLO Premier League have officially presented the 2012-2013 league trophy to Kumasi Asante Kotoko for emerging victorious.
In doing so, the organizers set aside a friendly game between the league champions and their regional rivals Ashanti Gold to commemorate the occasion.

At the end of the game, players of the Reds were presented with the winners-medals whilst the league trophy was presented to Ohene Brenya the team captain.
The tactician of the side Mas-Ud Didi Dramani and his back room staff all had a medal.
Just after that, celebrations and merry-making then took over.
