The University for Development Studies (UDDS) has renewed its commitment to supporting Regentropfen University College (RUC) as it works toward attaining full autonomy. The assurance was delivered during RUC’s 8th Congregation and 9th Matriculation ceremony held at the university’s Bongo-Namoo campus.
Speaking on behalf of the UDS Vice Chancellor, Dr. Yazeed Abdul Mumin praised RUC’s consistent academic progress and its growing network of international partnerships with reputable institutions.
“The University for Development Studies takes delight in RUC’s dedication to maintaining academic discipline and providing high-value education in an excellent environment,” Dr. Yazeed said. “As a mentoring institution, we pledge our full support to managing the existing programmes and mounting new undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as RUC advances towards achieving its charter.”
He commended RUC’s problem-solving approach to teaching and learning, noting that it aligns strongly with UDS’s core academic philosophy. Dr. Yazeed encouraged the new graduates to carry forward the values instilled by both institutions into their professional journeys.
“Go out there and make RUC, and UDS, proud,” he said.
