Bolga Soe Community and Bukere Community have advanced to the 2026 Ramadan Soccer Fiesta final after impressive semifinal victories over Tanzui and Yagzore communities.
Two-time champions Bolga Soe will face Bukere, who are reaching the final for the first time in their history.
Bolga Soe, one of the tournament’s strongest sides, booked their place in the final with a commanding 4-1 win over defending champions Tanzui in the second semifinal on Wednesday.
Earlier on Tuesday, Bukere secured their historic final berth after edging Yagzore 4-2 on penalties following a goalless draw in regulation time.
Bolga Soe have won the competition twice, in 2016 and 2021, and will be aiming for a third title. Bukere, meanwhile, are chasing their first-ever championship.
Should Bolga Soe win the title, they will join Olicoco as the second community to win the tournament three times, and move within one title of record holders Kotokoli-Zongo, who have won it four times.
The final is scheduled for Sunday, April 19, 2026, at the Mobil AstroTurf Field in Bolgatanga. The third-place playoff between Yagzore and Tanzui will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
