Management of Hope Children’s Place has appealed to individuals, organisations, philanthropists, and government agencies to support the orphanage with a school bus to improve transportation for children under its care.

Speaking in a radio interview, Vida Anomah of Hope Children’s Place said transportation remains one of the institution’s biggest challenges, affecting the children’s movement to and from school.

“The lack of a school bus has become a serious burden on the institution, making it difficult to transport the children safely and conveniently for academic activities and other educational programs,” she said.

According to her, acquiring a school bus would help improve punctuality, reduce transportation costs, and enhance the safety of the children during their daily commute.

Despite limited resources, the orphanage continues to provide shelter, education, healthcare, and emotional support to vulnerable and underprivileged children.

Mrs. Anomah called on corporate bodies, religious organisations, benevolent groups, and members of the public to support the home in securing the welfare and future of the children.

She also expressed appreciation to individuals and institutions that have supported the orphanage over the years and appealed for continued assistance to sustain its operations.

Hope Children’s Place says it remains committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the growth, education, and well-being of every child under its care.
