The Minister warned all landlords who do not have household toilet facilities to as a matter of urgency provide their houses with toilet facilities or risk been publicly shamed and prosecuted.

“All the Assemblies should go back and form taskforces to arrest all those who engage in open defecation and prosecute them. I also give all landlord who do not have toilets in their homes three months to provide their houses with toilet facilities or close down their houses.”
