The Ghana FA is in discussion with Netherlands for a warm-up game ahead of Brazil 2014 as the Black Stars prepare for a tough Group G encounter
Ghana are in talks with the Dutch FA for a possible friendly ahead of the 2014 World Cup.
The Ghana FA wants to put the Black Stars in the right shape as they face USA, Germany and Portugal in Group G at the Mundial.
According to the FA, discussions are still underway with Netherlands and will officially announce three friendly opponents early next year.
“Holland is a possible opponent but nothing has been firmed up,” Ghana FA spokesperson Ibrahim Sannie-Daara told Accra-based Peace FM.
“We are looking to play at least three high profile friendly matches before the World Cup. At this point various dynamics come into play but once everything is firmed up the announcement will be made.”
