The Deputy Communications Minister, Nanyi George Andah is reported to be getting better at the 37 Military Hospital after he was rushed there for emergency care.
The Deputy Communications Minister in the early days of Saturday, November 3, was reported to have been involved in a fatal accident somewhere near the Liberian Camp on the Awutu Ofaakor Road in then Central region.
A military helicopter has just conveyed him away to the 37 military hospital in Accra for specialist treatment and care.
The Awutu Senya West Member of Parliament’s vehicle is reported to have collided head-on with a tipper truck. This happened in his own constituency.
The Member of Parliament and one time “Show boy” of Ghana’s leading Telecommunications Company, MTN was reported to be traveling with three others, and were all air lifted to the 37 Hospital.
a1radioonline.com is yet to confirm whether the Deputy Minister of Communication was returning to his hometown Senya Bereku or back to Accra, after attending various social functions including funerals.
There are reports that the Deputy Minister has had both legs reportedly broken after the head on collision with the yellow tipper truck.
Last week he was at the TV3 Executive Theatre to grace the Ghana’s Most Beautiful Pageant to support the Central Regional Representative, Tewa.
