Bukom Banku has finally reacted to the advice Akrobeto gave him on United Television (UTV) on his Real News program where he said he should stop bleaching his skin otherwise he’ll slap him when their path crosses.
Akrobeto sounded the strong warning by saying he’s disgusted at Banku’s penchant for bleaching and happily bragging about it. The Ghanaian boxer had earlier told SVTV in an interview he bleaches to attract attention anytime he feels his fame is waning.
The Kumawood actor cum TV host blasted Banku for being childish and destroying his skin in the name of attention-seeking. He subsequently warned him to refrain from his needless gimmicks otherwise he’ll slap him when he sees him.
“Bukom, stop bleaching your skin. Stop it. It is not good. I am ready to slap him if I see him and notice he’s still bleaching. It is bad. It will affect you so stop it,” Akrobeto said.
In a sharp rebuttal on SVTV Africa with DJ Nyaami he indicated that ”Akrobeto is small. When I catch him, he go see. When somebody bleach their self and you talk, when I meet am face to face, he will see that this is a man.”
Meanwhile, Banku says he’ll no longer continue bleaching because John Dramani Mahama called him over the phone the other time to plead with him to stop.
