Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central Constituency in the Upper East Region, Isaac Adongo has indicated that he has released bursaries for tertiary students in his Constituency.
According to the MP, the current release of financial support brings the total number of beneficiaries to 840 students in his tenure in office so far.
Mr. Adongo in a Facebook post sighted by A1radionline.com said, “I have successfully provided bursaries to 270 tertiary students in the Bolgatanga Central constituency for the 2020/2021 academic year. This brings the total number of students who have benefited from such bursaries during my tenure to 840 students”.
Though the NDC MP has not disclosed the amount released, he further stated that he will continue to Channel more resources to cushion his constituents.
“I will continue to channel more resources to help students in my beloved constituency to realise their dreams” he stated.
