Ghana Black Stars have sealed their spot in the next year’s African Cup of Nation 2021, which is set to be hosted by Cameroon.

The Black Stars managed a 1-1 draw on Tuesday, March 25, with the Bafana Bafana side in South Africa to confirmed their qualification.

Ajax Midfielder, Mohammed Kudus and South Africa Brighton’s winger, Percy Tau both scored respectively for their sides.

Kudus scored earlier in the second half on the 49th minute just like he did in the first round in Cape Coast to put Ghana in the lead, only for Tau to equalize 3 minutes later for the host.

The draw maintains the Black Stars position on the first spot with 10 points and has also booked their qualification space in this year’s AFCON tournament.

The “Bafana Bafana” boys are however on the 2nd position with 10 points, followed by Sudan with 9 points and bottom place Sao Tome and Principe with 0 points.

Black Stars next match is with Sao Tome and Principe in Ghana.
