Delegates congress of the Konkomba Youth Association (KOYA) is currently underway in Saboba in the Northern Region.
In all,153 delegates, drawn from KOYA branches across the country and are expected to elect new executives to run the affairs of the association for the next two years.
In his final speech to the delegates, the outgoing President of KOYA, Charles Nyoja, thanked all Konkombas for the support he had from them during the two terms he has served.
Johnson Naapi, KOYA Election Committee Chairman announced that a total of 10 positions are being contested for.
However, 5 of the positions have candidates going unopposed.
