Some alleged thieves on Monday, April 12, 2021 at midnight invaded the private residence of the Builsa North Municipal Chief Executive, David Afoko in Sandema, and made away with his laptop, mobile phones, and other important documents.
Confirming the incident on DayBreak Upper East show on A1 Radio, Mr. Afoko said he suspects he was a target because of his efforts to end crime-related incidents in the area.
The MCE said he has reported the matter to the Ghana Police Service and investigations have begun to bring the perpetrators to book.
