Members of the Talensi District Assembly on Friday, October 8, 2021, gave their votes to approve Thomas Duana Wuni as District Chief Executive (DCE) for the area.
He secured 100 percent Yes votes from all the 30 Assembly Members who were present.
The 57-years old Lawyer and Accountant was the 2020 Parliamentary Candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Talensi Consituency.
He takes succeeds Dr. Christopher Boatbil Sormiteyema who served as DCE for the area during the first term of the Akufo-Addo administration
