Notice of 21st AGM of Shareholders of Builsa Community Bank Ltd

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Twenty-first (21^th) Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the BUILSA COMMUNITY BANK LTD will be held at the Azenero Social Centre, Sandema on Saturday, 20^th November, 2021 at 10: 00 am prompt.

AGENDA:

1. To read the Notice Convening the Meeting.
2. To receive the Report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
3. To consider and adopt the Financial Statements of the Bank for the year ended 31^st December, 2020.
4. To elect new Directors in place of those retiring.
5. To authorize the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors.
6. To approve Directors Allowances/Fees.
7. To transact any other Business of an AGM.

NOTE

Each shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting or appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy need not to be a shareholder, and completed proxy forms should be lodged with the Board Secretary, Builsa Community Bank Ltd., Post Office Box 25, Sandema not later than forty eighty (48) hours before the meeting.

There shall be strict adherence to all the COVID-19 hygienic and safety protocols at the meeting and as such:

• All shareholders must put on their nose masks throughout the period of the meeting.
• The seats in the Hall will be arranged in line with social distancing protocols.
