The Member of Parliament for Nabdam Constituency, Dr. Kurt Mark Nawaane has asked Ghanaians to rather demand the reshuffling of President Nana Akuffo-Addo instead of his Ministers.
He says the President is the primary cause of the economic mess the country is facing hence it may be more appropriate to seek the removal of the President.
Speaking on the Daybreak Upper East on A1 Radio, Dr. Nawaane indicated that “any performances by any minister will definitely be supervised by the President hence if his ministers are not performing, he should take the blame.”
“He(President Akufo-Addo) is our headache, so, Ghanaians should rather be thinking of how they can reshuffle him. I wish there was a way he can reshuffle himself instead of his ministers.”
The MP also doubles as the Deputy ranking member on the Health Committee in Parliament.
Meanwhile, in response to the calls for the reshuffling of ministers, President Akuffo-Addo said most of the comments were attempts by members of the largest opposition party to destabilize his government.
