A member of the NDC’s regional Upper East Regional Communication Team, Jonathan Abdallah Salifu has indicated that he is positioning himself to contest at the regional level as the NDC continues its re-organisation process.
While Mr. Abdallah is unsure which position he will contest, he is sure he will win in his next attempt.
The NDC communicator who contested in the last election lost by a single vote while gunning for the top communication job within the region.
He said this when he spoke on A1 Radio’s political programme, Critical Issues.
“I am hoping that this time round, wherever I decide to go, there will be good news. One thing about elections is that when you lose, just have patience. Just do what is necessary of you and the people will reward you in an even better way.”
“We can see that even in our local politics. We can see it from President Akufo Addo himself and the late Professor Mills. We also saw it from J.A Kufuor and I am sure that very soon, we will see it from John Mahama,” he said.
