5 schools from Upper East Region booted out of 2022 NSMQ; only one remains

5 out of the 6 schools representing the Upper East Region have been booted out of the competition. 

Bolgatanga Senior High School, Notre Dame Sem. Senior High School, Awe Senior High/Technical School, Navrongo Senior High School, Sandema Senior High School and Bongo Senior High School were the schools that participated in the 2022 Edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ).

Currently, only Notre Dame Seminary Senior High School remains in the competition.

Bolgatanga Senior High School was kicked out of the one-eighth stage of the 2022 National Science and Maths Quiz. At the end of their contest, Osei Kyeretwie SHS scored 38 points, Yaa Asantewaa Girls’ SHS scored 24 points while Bolgatanga SHS scored 03 points.

Navrongo Senior High School was kicked out of the preliminary stages of the National Science and Maths Quiz along with Bongo Senior High School in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region, Awe Senior High Technical School and Sandema Senior High School.

Notre Dame Sem. SHS will face Swedru SHS and Simms SHS in the coming days.
