106 nominees have qualified for 2022 edition of Happy Man Bitters Upper East Music Awards. This is after 380 individuals put up their names for consideration.
The Organizers of the Happy Man Bitters Upper East Music Awards made this known during the launch of the award scheme in Bolgatanga; the Upper East Regional capital.
The 106 nominees are to battle for 30 different awards.
Below are the list of various prizes for winners.
1. The digital act of the year gets a 32 inches flat screen, one month promotion and a photoshoot from onemuzikGh.com.
2. Reggae/Dancehall artiste gets a 32 inches itel TV.
3. Video of the year act gets a 32 inches TV from Homeboy Trading Enterprise.
4. Traditional string artiste gets 3mastered songs from Djos studios along with a music video.
5 Album of the year award winners would receive 500 cedis cash price from Renofinish Constructions.
6. The winner of the most popular song of the year awards for the 2022 edition of
HMB-UEMA will be rewarded with a grand cash price of GHC5000.00 and a whole year’s supply of products from Happy Man Bitters.
7. The winner of the gospel song of the year for the 2022 edition of HMB-UEMA will be
rewarded with a top notch music video, a possible collaboration with an A list gospel artist from and a cash price of GHC 4000.00.
8. The new act of the year winner shall receive a monthly stipend of GHC 500.00 for a
period of one year.
9. Best rap performer of the year gets 500 cedis.
10. Traditional song award winner gets 500 cedis
11. The overall winner, the artiste of the year for HMB-UEMA 2022, shall walk away with a project fund of GHC.20,022.00 to directly enhance his or her music career, products from Charger Limited with possible opportunities of partnership with Charger Limited for mutual growth.
