A young musician in the Upper East Region Stephen Atambire, popularly known in the music industry as “Stevoo”, has advised youth  in the Upper East Region to cut their coats according to their size. He stressed that young people must quell their taste for luxurious goods and focus on building a better future for themselves.

Speaking on the Day Break Upper East Show ahead of his Saa Woo festival,  Mr. Atambire admonished the youth to stop buying expensive things they can not maintain in the name of living a good life.

“Just be yourself. If you want to live life and people will say you are this or you are that, you will be stressed. Just be yourself. Be honest with yourself. The most important thing you need to do in life is to know yourself. Know your limits. You buy a car and you can’t maintain it, and it will just be like one day of fun. The money you use to buy the car, you can invest it in something that will bring cars in future.”

The popular musician has slated  October 30, 2022, for the 5th edition of the “Saa Woo” Festival celebration.

“Saa Woo”, a gurune phrase meaning  rain, seeks to promote music from the north  and unite  the people of Nayorigo, a community in the Bongo District of the Upper East Region where he hails from.
