Three New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate aspirants in the Upper East Region are going to the polls unopposed.
At the close of nomination for orphan constituencies in the region the candidates for the Bolgatanga East Mathew Silas Amoah, Pusiga Alhaji Abdul Hannan Wahab and Builsa North Thomas Kofi Alonsi are unopposed.
Meanwhile, a total of 36 people filed in 14 constituencies of the Upper East Region to contest in the primaries. Two individuals, Ephraim Alibono from the Chiana-Paga constituency and Ayuba Seidu from the Bawku Central did not return the forms they picked.
