The Winner of TV3’s 2023 Ghana Strongest Godfred Akolbila Adagkuga has paid a courtesy call on the Upper East Regional Minister, Stephen Yakubu, Friday September 7, 2023. He was received at the office of the Minister.
Mr. Akolbila, who hails from the Kalbeo community in the Bolgatanga Municipality of the Upper East Region is in the region to thank the people for their massive support over the years.
The ultimate prize for the competition had always evaded the bodybuilder until this year.
“I am so grateful to you for the reception. If not because of this title I wouldn’t have gotten the opportunity to talk to you and the people of Bolga and the Upper East as a whole,” he said.
The Upper East Regional Minister Stephen Yakubu while congratulating Ghana’s strongest man, stated that his win just confirms the fact that the region is full of strong men and women. Mr. Yakubu therefore called on the youth and the people of the region to take whatever they do seriously in order to emerge victorious.
“Now that we have gotten our junior brother here to affirm what we already know or what the country already knows, I think that I will congratulate you. And to also tell the youth that in your own little way, whatever you know please do it best because one day you will also come out as a hero in the region and the country”
Godfred Akolbila Adagkuga after his activities on Friday, embarked on a float within the Bolgatanga township to appreciate the support of the people, Saturday September 8, 2023.
