Eight organizations have successfully completed their registration. The General Manager of A1 Radio, William Nlanjerbor Jalulah, stated that the tournament, scheduled for July 27th, will see the participation of football teams made up of staff and/or members of the eight organisations.
He spoke to Mark Smith on the Day Break Upper East Show recently.
The organisations are Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Ghana Police Service (GPS), Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), VRA/NEDCO, Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), Ghana National Association of Private Schools (Bolga East branch), Great Victory Academy, and the defending champions, University of Cape Coast Distance Education Students Association of Ghana (UCC-DESAG).
Mr. Jalulah mentioned that Charger Industries, producers of Happy Man Bitters, are headline sponsors for the tournament.
The General Manager of A1 Radio appealed for more support from organizations looking to sell their products and services at competitive rates, adding that all organizations who come on board as partners would continue to have their products and services advertised for a whole month after the event.
“If you are also a business and you want to associate your business with the invitational tournament, you come. There will be stance for you. You come, set up your business, if you want to exhibit your products, if you want to sell, we have banners and flyers and you stand the chance of getting continuous advert for one month after the program,” he said.
