Alhaji Abdallah Otito Achuliwor, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the Navrongo Central Constituency, has emphasized that development relies on building stronger networks and having a genuine desire to help people.

He believes these elements are crucial for achieving the kind of progress the people of Navrongo aspire to. His drive to support others and foster the development of his community motivated him to pursue a political career, which remains at the heart of his campaign as he seeks to win the parliamentary seat.

During an interview on A1 Radio, Alhaji Achuliwor shared his personal experiences with poverty while growing up. These experiences, he explained, have shaped his understanding of the challenges faced by the youth in Navrongo.

He acknowledged the tireless efforts of young people in the area who are striving to achieve their goals despite the obstacles they encounter. To address these challenges, he pledged to work towards implementing social interventions to tackle issues hindering youth development.

One key initiative Alhaji Achuliwor plans to revisit is the Youth Action Group, which was initially introduced by his late brother. He expressed his intention to revive the program and collaborate with the group to empower the youth and improve their prospects.

According to him, the Youth Action Group could serve as a vital platform for driving youth-centered development and creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

Alhaji Achuliwor’s approach is anchored in community engagement, as he seeks to build connections that will facilitate sustainable development in the constituency. He called for collective efforts to uplift Navrongo, promising that if elected, his leadership would focus on addressing the root causes of poverty and unemployment in the area.
