The family of 8-month-old Baby Micah Ayine is making a desperate appeal for financial support after he was diagnosed with a critical “Hole in the Heart” condition. The infant requires immediate heart surgery at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra, with an estimated cost of $8,000 (GH¢128,183.31).
In an exclusive interview with A1 Radio, David Azure, Akolgo Daniel Ayine, Baby Micah’s father, expressed the family’s distress and appealed to the public for urgent financial assistance.
The family, residing in the Basengo community in the Bolgatanga Municipality, is facing significant financial constraints, making it difficult to cover the substantial medical expenses.
“The estimated cost of the surgery is $8,000, which is a huge burden for our family. We are appealing to the general public to support us with any amount possible to help save our baby’s life,” Akolgo Daniel Ayine pleaded.
Baby Micah’s condition requires immediate attention, and any delay in the surgery could have severe consequences. The family is relying on the generosity of the public to raise the necessary funds for the life-saving procedure.
