Dr. Mark Kurt Nawaane of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has been re-elected by voters in the Nabdam Constituency to represent them in Parliament.
He defeated Charles Ndanbon Taleog of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), securing 11,192 votes.
Mr. Taleog polled 6,680 votes.
In a brief interview with A1 Radio, the MP-elect described his victory as emphatic, adding that it reflected the people’s confidence in his ability to deliver.
