Highlighting the dangers, the California-based artist outlined the far-reaching consequences of drug abuse, including addiction, physical and mental health issues, relationship breakdowns, impaired cognitive function, and an increased risk of accidents and injuries. He also noted that drug abuse can lead to legal troubles, financial instability, and a loss of potential among young people.
The international superstar urged Ghanaian youth to reject drug use and instead focus on nurturing their God-given talents. He encouraged them to channel their energy into positive pursuits that promote growth, creativity, and innovation.
“I urge the Ghanaian youth to reject drug abuse and focus on developing their God-given talents. By doing so, you can unlock your potential, achieve your goals, and build a brighter future. Don’t let drugs hold you back. Instead, channel your energy into positive pursuits that promote growth, creativity, and innovation,” he stated.
SamAiam stressed the need for collective action to prevent drug abuse and support those who are already struggling. He called on all sectors of society to help create an environment that motivates young people to make responsible choices and reach their full potential.
