As the year draws to a close, EVENTz & MoRe is inviting adventure seekers and social explorers to step away from the routine and reconnect with nature at the WILD CampinG XPERIENX, a three-day camping event scheduled for Dec. 29–31, 2025, at the Vea Dam, popularly known as VEA Island.
The event, designed as a two-night, three-day outdoor experience, blends relaxation, entertainment and community bonding, offering participants a refreshing alternative to traditional end-of-year celebrations.
Participants will gather at Delight Coffee Shop in Bolgatanga before moving to the scenic lakeside venue, where organizers promise an immersive camping experience under the open sky. The package includes camping tents, dinner and breakfast, unlimited barbecue and drinks, as well as a range of activities such as bonfire and movie nights, karaoke, games, and professional photography and videography.
Ticket prices are set at GH¢300 for single participants and GH¢550 for couples, with flexible installment payment options available. Organizers say the goal is to make the experience accessible while maintaining quality and comfort.
Speaking ahead of the event, Emmanuel Ataana, chief executive officer of EVENTz & MoRe, described the camping experience as more than a leisure activity.
“This is not just about camping,” Ataana said. “It is a chance to reset, recharge and meet amazing people. From shared meals and games to good music, conversations and peaceful nights under the stars, we are creating an experience that allows people to slow down and genuinely connect.”
Mr. Ataana said the idea behind WILD CampinG XPERIENX is to provide a safe and welcoming space for bonding, learning and relaxation, especially for people seeking a break from stress and daily pressures.
