The Bolgatanga Central Constituency Communications Officer of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC), Job Aboyom, has praised Member of Parliament Isaac Adongo for maintaining strong ties with his constituents.
Mr. Aboyom, speaking on Bolga FM’s Zina Yela, noted that despite Mr. Adongo’s busy parliamentary schedule, he consistently makes time to visit his constituents and offer various forms of support.
“Those saying the MP does not visit his constituency as expected are wrong. He is always around when time permits,” Mr. Aboyom said.
According to the communications officer, the MP uses his time outside Parliament to tour the constituency, address the needs of the people, and support sectors such as healthcare, education, water, and youth and women empowerment. He also participates in social and cultural activities, including attending funerals.
“Anytime he finds time to visit his people, there are always activities he undertakes, including developmental initiatives and cultural engagements,” he added.
Mr. Aboyom further highlighted that Mr. Adongo has consistently engaged with his constituents and delivered on development projects, even during his time in opposition since becoming MP in 2017.
