The Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central, Isaac Adongo, says the constituency will pursue transformational development rather than “mediocre interventions” as efforts continue to expand infrastructure and public services across the area.
Speaking to the media after a week-long inspection and handover of projects, Mr. Adongo said his vision for Bolgatanga Central goes beyond conventional development targets.
“We are moving this constituency to a different level,” he said.
“People always say, ‘the sky is the limit.’ For me, the sky is the minimum. It’s the bare minimum for the people of Bolga.”
The MP stressed that the constituency would not settle for short-term or limited interventions.
“We don’t want mediocrity here. People come here and think that with some mediocre interventions, they have a chance. No, we are doing transformational things,” he stated.
“And if we are not willing to join in transformation, we are not ready for mediocrity.”
The week-long tour involved inspections of ongoing projects and the commissioning of completed projects in sectors including education and health.
Mr. Adongo said his focus remains on delivering infrastructure and services that create lasting impact for residents across the constituency.
