Jayaf Company Limited, manufacturers of Victoria Tea, on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, donated cartons of Victoria Tea to support the fourth edition of the A1 Radio/AquaBolg International Tea Day celebration scheduled for Saturday, May 23, 2026.
Presenting the items to the A1 Radio team, Sales Representative Yakubu Wunpini Memuna underscored the company’s commitment to promoting community development and supporting initiatives that foster unity and inclusion within society.
According to her, the company considers it a privilege to associate with programmes that create awareness, empower communities, and promote regional identity through social engagement.
She noted that International Tea Day provides an important platform to connect people while promoting healthy lifestyles and local enterprise.
This year’s celebration is under the theme, “Fostering Growth and Inclusion.”
The event has been redesigned into a broad-based community outreach and awareness programme aimed at promoting social inclusion, youth empowerment, regional pride, and sustainable development across the Upper East Region.
Receiving the items on behalf of the organising team, Seidu Sulemana expressed appreciation to Jayaf Company Limited for the support and reaffirmed the importance of partnerships in ensuring the success of the programme.
He explained that the celebration would bring together community leaders, youth groups, development partners, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and other vulnerable groups in a collective effort to advance inclusive development and ensure that no one is left behind.
Mr Sulemana further indicated that the involvement of corporate institutions such as Jayaf Company Limited would enrich discussions and inspire meaningful dialogue among participants during the event.
