Ghana has been ranked 54th in the world and 9th in Africa in the latest FIFA Ranking released this Month as the Black Stars prepare to represent the country in this year’s AFCON.
Ghana gained 610 points as against 611 points in the previous rankings released last year.
In the latest ranking, Senegal tops Africa as the continent prepares for the start of AFCON tomorrow and is 33rd in the world ranking. Senegal is followed by African Champions, Cote d’Ivoire.
Argentina leads in the world ranking with Brazil and Germany ranked second and third respectively.
