Real Bolga United FC has appointed former Bolga All Stars FC coach Osman Musah as its new Technical Director and Head of Youth Development ahead of the 2026/27 football season.
The appointment forms part of the club’s efforts to strengthen its technical structure and build a solid foundation as it prepares for the upcoming season.
Coach Musah was officially introduced to the playing body and technical team on Monday, Aug. 10, 2026, at the club’s training ground, where he met the players and outlined his expectations as he begins his new role.
As Technical Director, Coach Musah will provide technical leadership and direction for the club’s football activities. His responsibilities will include overseeing the development of the playing squad, supporting the technical team, identifying and nurturing young talent and helping establish a clear football philosophy for the club.
His appointment is also expected to play a key role in developing Real Bolga United’s youth structure, with the club placing significant emphasis on identifying, developing and providing opportunities for talented young footballers in the Upper East Region.
Management believes Coach Musah’s experience, knowledge and passion for football will add significant value to the club as Real Bolga United continues its growth and prepares for the 2026/27 season.
The club has expressed confidence in its new Technical Director and called on players, supporters, partners and the wider football community to support him as he begins his tenure.
