The start of the 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League season has been postponed to February 11, a1radioonline.com can confirm.
The change in date was announced at the launch of the League at the Secretariat of the Ghana Football Association which saw in attendance representatives of all the sixteen clubs partaking in the league.
The change in date was confirmed today after the PLB requested from the Ghana Football Association that the start of the league be postponed for a week.
The league was scheduled to start at the various league centers this weekend but have been rescheduled.
