Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan is deeply hurt by the death of Captain Maxwell Mahama.
Ghana was thrown into a state of shock after news broke that Army Captain Maxwell Mahama had been lynched on Monday after he was mistaken to be an armed robber.
The captain in a tweet said: “NEVER AGAIN GHANA! Doing this to our own blood? such has gone on for far too long. Let’s all come together to end such horrific acts ASAP”, condemning mob action and calling for a joint force in the fight against mob action.
Meanwhile, 5 persons have been arrested in connection to his death and are being processed for court.
