Aspiring Parliamentary candidate for Bolgatanga central constituency George Gamson has presented a seed capital of Ghc 6,000 for the establishment of an Education Fund.
The educational fund according to him will cover 6 zones including Central zone, West zone, East zone, North zone, Sherigu zone and Sumbrungu zone.
In an interview with A1 Radio, Mr. Gamson said the fund will help students to further their education and pledged to involve well-meaning citizens of Bolgatanga who currently reside in and outside the country and as well as other Non-Governmantal Organizations from the  southern part of the country  to support the educational fund.
The parliamentary aspirant gave Ghc 1,000 to each of the 6 zones to open an account for the educational fund.
He promised to establish a guinea fowl project for the 6 zones especially for farmers, which he reiterated will help boost up the educational fund.
