NDC DECIDES: Over 1,200 Names Expunged – Aspirant Alleges

An aspirant in the on-going National Democratic Congress’s Parliamentary primaries in the Garu constituency Thomas Assibi says over one thousand registered members of the party have had their names removed from the register prior to the elections.

According to him, he suspects a sabotage since the abnormally appears to be predominant in his strongholds but could not point to the individual behind the development.

He mentioned that over 1,200 registered members who cannot find their names in the register did find their names during the exhibition exercise.

He indicated that he was collating data on the mishap after which he will submit a petition to the party’s election committee in the constituency.

He however will not state whether he will challenge the outcome of the election saying “if we get there we will cross”
