Jay Forley, Business Manager of Live fm and a member of the management team of Ghana’s hi-life prolific artist Bisa Kdei, has stated categorically that rumors making round on social media and some websites in Ghana by a certain lady named Sandra to the effect that she paid $20 dollars to watch Bisa Kdei perform in the UK for only 10 minutes is false.
Jay Forley stated on GHOne TV E-Talk show that Bisa Kdei never performed for 10 minutes in the UK as speculated on social media and some websites in Ghana.
He also challenged Sandra to prove she paid $20 dollars to watch Bisa Kdei perform for only 10 minutes and management of the artist will fly her to USA to watch his show as he is on a tour free of charge.
“Bisa Kdei performed more than 15 songs, so how can Bisa perform this number of songs in 10 minutes?” he asked.
The Radio and TV icon shed tears as he cleared the air on TV, urging Ghanaians to desist from spreading false rumors of this nature about artists in the country since it can go a long way to tarnish the image and career of the artists but rather give them massive support to push them forward.
He also recounted the excitements during the tour and expressed shock at the way patrons thronged to the venue in their numbers to witness Bisa’s performance.
“Ghanaians should learn from the outside world” he added.
