Major Maxwell Adam Mahama has been laid in state at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.
His funeral is well attended by politicians from all political divides and has brought the country together considering the circumstances that led to his death.
Major Maxwell Adam Mahama will be buried at the Osu Cemetery in Accra after which family and friends will return to the forecourt of the State House for his final funeral rites in Accra. A thanksgiving service will be held in his memory at the Light House Chapel International on Sunday after which the funeral will move to Bole and Tumu for the final funeral rites.
