The Ministry of Energy has said it is in the process of setting up an eight member committee to investigate the evacuation of off spec product by the Bulk Oil Storage and Transport Company.
A statement from the Ministry said the committee is expected to advise the Ministry on technical, administrative and legal actions to be taken.
The statement assured the general public that Ministry is determined to ensure that the integrity of the quality of petroleum products supplied to the country is protected.
