A former National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress, Yaw Boateng Gyan, has said the current National Organiser of the party, Kofi Adams is unfit for the job.
According to him, Kofi Adams “is not good at organization in the party”.
Yaw Boateng Gyan who was speaking to Accra-based UTV said the failure of the NDC to hold on to power in the 2016 elections which Kofi Adams was the campaign coordinator is a clear indication of his incompetence as an organiser.
He also indicated that the current crop of Executives of the party also played a contributory role in the defeat of the party adding that they were too complacent.
He therefore called for change in the entire party leadership in their upcoming executives elections.
“We need people who can go to the grounds, talk to the people and rectify the past mistakes by this current executives”, he stated.
